TSecureMessage is the messaging feature of Therasoft Online. It consists of three ways of electronic communication between the Clinician and the Patient. Depending on the level of security, privacy or convenience required for the communication a Clinician may choose one of the three methods of electronic communication.
Encrypted or un-encrypted email: Therasoft users can send an encrypted email using TSecureMail or they can send traditional un-encrypted emails directly from within Therasoft Online.
SMS Text Messages: Therasoft users can send UnEncrypted SMS Text messages to patients with non-sensitive information delivered to a mobile phone already registered in Therasoft as a mobile contact number for the patient. These messages eliminate the need for a Clinician to expose their mobile phone numbers when sending a text message.
TSecureMsg: These messages work differently, the actual content of the message is stored on Therasoft servers. What is sent to the patient is notification that they have a message. Which then requires the patient to retrieve the message over a secure connection.
This site allows patients to access the Messages over secure encrypted connection using a browser. Patients can also use an iPhone or Android based Mobile app to access the messages.
